Thousands and millions of the video game titles are launched per year. The video games are set free in the infinite gaming world for its survivor series. However to pick just ten games out of thousands in the market is literally a Herculean task but we are trying to crack the nut. Below are the top ten games for the year 2006 that have got a lot of appraisals on the part of gamers around the globe. So Here we GOOO..........:

I. The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess:

The Action adventure game was launched by Nintendo in Nov. month with launch of Nintendo's next-gen console; Wii in US on 19th Nov. and on 2nd Dec. in Japan. The game is T-rated by ESRB and the game contains a lot of action and adventure as described earlier. The game sold well in Canada and US as well and now doing quite fantastic job in Japan. The brave Zelda has won some laurels as well like The Best Game of the Year by X-Play and also slashed the Xbox360's great title Gears of War.

Epic Games' battle game Gears of War is an M-rate game by ESRB and cantinas a lot of violence and bloodsheds. The TPS with Unreal Engine 3.0 was launched in Nov. across the globe and dared immediately to climb up to the first rank after slashing down the long time unbeaten title Halo 2. The title is Xbox360 exclusive title until now.

Many of the gamer find themselves lost after playing the war game Lost Planet. The great action game has been developed and published by Capcom and the game contains T-rating I.e. the game is violent but not at a big scale. The game comes with singular play and is Xbox360 exclusive title.

However the princes Zelda was leading way in Japan as it was feeling no resistance from any direction but as soon as the Blu Dragon made its debut in the nation the Zelda started to feel the heat and couldn't sustain for longer and slipped the second place after the ;launch on Blue Dragon. The story line of the game title is based on the FF series and has been granted A-rating by CERO.

Need for Speed: Carbon is an EA Black Box's game that has been launched around the globe for almost all platforms like PC, PS3, PS2, PSP, Wii, GameCube, NDS, Xbox 360, etc, etc. The rating awarded by ESRB to the game title is E10+. The game is a really a mesmerizing racing simulation for all the next-gen consoles with singular as well as multiplayer capability. The game comes with 10 exclusively new cars with 10 randomly picked from veteran series of the same game, six new races and unique tracks.
