The 40GB PS3 has been introduced in most of the countries worldwide. But the 40GB PS3 version of the console has yet to be released in India. Recently, the Country Manager for PlayStation India, Atindriya Bose has announced the availability of 40GB PS3 in India.
He stated that the 40GB PS3 will come out by December 2007. Currently the company is selling the 60GB PS3 in India. The 40GB PS3 has been launched in many of the European markets.
Atindriya Bose stated that the company will launch the 40GB PS3 in December at a price point, which will match with the European market.
