Activision’s Tony Hawk franchise has homed in on Nintendo’s DS as the next place to grind. DS will get a piece of skateboarding action with Tony Hawk’s Motion. Easily guessed, this title will bring on motion controls on to the handheld device with the accelerator technology. What is not so easily guessed is all the other stuff that the game-package promises on the whole. First up, this time around in addition to regular ollie, gamers would also be able to ollie on a snowboard. Pro snowboarder Todd Richards joins the game’s star-cast for this very purpose. Tony Hawk’s motion promises to introduce another gaming element in the form of Hue Pixel Painter. This action-puzzle game will call upon the player to tilt, twist and turn his handheld to “return color to a dull world.” The game’s release date has not yet been announced.
