What a silly day! David Jaffe has delayed its action genre Calling All Cars for an undefined date. The title was previously scheduled for launch on May 3rd, but due to some bugs, the game has been delayed for indefinite time. Calling All Cars is Incognito Entertainment's PS3 exclusive title. The game supports PlayStation Network and will be available for download from Marketplace as it debuts.

David Jaffe, over on NeoGAF forum, has discussed the bugs that have caused Sony to delay the release and push the game back for undetermined time.
Here is what Jaffe discusses about bugs on NeoGAF forum:
a) About 30% of the time if the host of a network game quit to the XMB or powered off his PS3, the other folks in the game would experience a hang/crash when going back to the game lobby. This was way too frequent for a crash bug and we wanted it fixed.
B). If players were doing voice chat and one player unplugged his head set and quit out of the game, when he tried to jump into a new game, about 50% of the time the player would be able to play the game but no one could hear him over voice chat.

The game designer declined to respond when being asked about the postponed date of title. I think, the developers will take at least a week to get rid of bugs, so I assume it won't be before May 10th. Keep your fingers crossed and watch!
