Expresso machine dances to the Wii Nunchuk's tunes!

What happens when a coffee addict gets his hands on a Wii Nunchuk? Obviously, he just makes the Nunchuk control his coffee machine! This is precisely what Tim Hirzel has done and has hacked into an expresso machine to make it possible for him to control it with his Nunchuk wireless gaming controller. Along with that, he has even managed to make the expresso machine into a digital assistant which tells you the time, wakes you up and even displays the date. And for all this to happen, he has wired in a micro-controller circuit into the expresso machine which takes in the inputs from the Nunchuk and displays it on the display that Hirzel has added to the machine. To complete the electronics trickery, Hirzel has also modified the temperature sensors, solid state relays and capacitive sensors to work with the Nunchuk. All this is a little complicated for a layman, but not quite so for an electronics expert like Tim Hirzel. And with all these stuff done, the Nunchuk manages to make the expresso machine dance to it's tunes. Take a look at the video we have lined up for you.
