engadgetmobile has found something very interesting about Apple that goes at par with Nintendo. The commonness between both the developers is the mobile that Nintendo intended to launch and Apple has launched something comparable device.
engadgetmobile says reports that Apples iPhone concept is completely based on Nintendo's concept mobile phone for what it has already filed a patent as well, few years back in 2001.
What are the reasons behind Nintendo not suing Apple for breaching copyright and why didn't Nintendo act upon its concept model? These are some unanswered questions that are stirring my mind!
