Are woman gamers as enterprising as their counterparts?

If gender bias has entered into gaming circles then again there are studies to prove that women do better in these circles. A recent report shows that 65% of women aged between 25 to 34 play video games, out of which more women use gaming consoles like PS 3 and Xbox 360 compared to men.

The report manifests the existence of serious female gamers in the gaming circles and discourages the headlines questioning the seriousness of the female gamers. In a nutshell, there is no point of making the existence an issue, only if it is for the first time that a sport or game holds both men and women in the same arena. If you think of first-person female shooters hitting down a male monster, the latter's ego comes into question.
