The third instatement in the 'Destroy All Humans!' series is coming to Nintendo's Wii next year. Albeit, we knew it beforehand, but (I think) were waiting for official words. Just a few hours ago, THQ announced Destroy All Humans 3 for Wii for an early 2008 release.

Officially titled 'Destroy All Humans! Big Willy Unleashed,' it is likely to make good use of the Wii-mote's motion-sensing features to make as much humanoid damage as possible. The game sets itself before the events of DAH! Path of the Furon and places you in the shoes of 'alien age' while playing as Cryptosporidium. DAH! Path of the Furon is also a new iteration in the same series set for next-gen launch.
Two all-new titles mean gamers can expect different experiences that utilize the unique features of the leading gaming platforms.
Here is what Jack Sorenson, exec VP (worldwide studios), THQ has to say about new development:
The Wii's capabilities served as a springboard in designing Destroy All Humans! Big Willy Unleashed, and the game will take full advantage of the Wii Remote, allowing gamers to cause massive destruction on foot, in Crypto's UFO or at the controls of the Big Willy mech.
However, graphics were pretty appreciable in the prior version that we went nuts earlier on Xbox, hence the latest iteration would certainly come with a tad upgrade making game shine on all three next-gen platforms.
