The long wait for release of 2K’s BioShock is nearly over, less than three weeks to go now and the game will be out on the Xbox360s and PCs. Reloaded trailers show that the game looks awesome on console. However, the game supports single next-gen console, rumors confirm Irrational Games’ FPS with an RPG element is also coming to the PS3.
The speculation rises as Gamepro holds an interview with Ken Levine, a member of developer team at 2K, who when being asked about PS3 version, neither denied nor confirmed a PS3 version.
Here is what Gamepro scooped in:
Right now we’re totally focused on making the game for Xbox360. Microsoft has been a great partner, we love the platform, and we get to make a PC game as well. That’s great because we come from the PC side, but right now we’re focused on getting the game out the door on the platform that we’re on and that we love.
However, the developer has said it not even once, but the chances are immense, as they (2K) have already mentioned that the game is just a timed exclusive to the Xbox360.
The chances are half each, 2K might be contemplating the game for the PS3, but would have to wait for an extra year.

Let’s see how long the game remains Xbox360 exclusive and when the developer announces a PS3 version of the game.
