IGN says that the official announcement can follow in a few days. This game Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition REMIX, is approved for release with an Everyone 10+ rating on the PlayStation 2 and Xbox.
You can expect the latest game to have many of the features (if not all the features) of the original Midnight Club DUB Edition.
