If you ask me, I think that would mean we'd be able to "groom" our little player into however we want him to be. Would love one with a really strong forehead. Konami also claims that there will be much better physics, such as friction, ball movement - weight, and everything you'd expect whilst playing in real. Sounds really cool to me, I think they'll surely kick off great with this game.
