Ever since Activison and Blizzard made things a whole lot interesting in the gaming biz, gamers have been anxious about the fate of several anticipated titles. One such game is Double Fine’s Brutal Legend. Despite a potential sale of Sierra, Double Fine’s Tim Schafer posted a message yesterday which simply read: “Brutal Legend is fine.” That’ll put at rest several who did fear worse when Activision Blizzard did not include Vivendi/Sierra-published game in its release list. That said upcoming Ghostbusters is likely to be picked up by another publisher, as sources would have it. Maybe Brutal Legend will go the same way. This streamlining is tough business I tell you.
