He believes that such kinda videogames robustly motivates the children to perform violent strokes. However the Judge Ronald Friedman has rejected his petition after going through the demo display of the game.
The legal agent Jack Thompson referenced the Colorado shooting incident that was performed by two school students in a high school in 1999 and literally blamed videogames for that occurrence.
The lawyer says that he will continue his effort until the judge puts ban on the game. The game is about to release in US and UK Tuesday and Friday respectively.
