Bully to earn scholarship on Xbox360 and Wii this winter

After a long spell of success on PS2 and Xbox, a new Bully title is heading to the Wii and Xbox360. The next-gen version is Bully: Scholarship Edition that will probably come with newly added content. The press release from Rockstar however, doesn't reveal much, but we can imagine at least enhanced graphics on the Xbox360, and modified motion-sensing controls for the Wii.

Although, the game received a lot of infamy following its launch on the sixth-gen consoles, still the game sold well across the world.

In the next-gen version, the story takes place in the fictional New England boarding school of Bullworth Academy, and sets you in the role of a 15-years old boy 'Jimmy Hopkins', who experiences new highs and lows while adjusting among unknown students at a new school. Through capturing the mischief and awkwardness of schoolboys in a more vivid manner, the game pulls the player into its cinematic and engrossing world.

However, Rockstar has always been on the receiving end from critics all around the world - first for GTA's 'hot coffee scandal', later on Bully's 'boy-on-boy kissing scenes', and I doubt the next-gen version might also catch the eye of critics bringing it on the verge of ban.

We can't say anything, until/unless the game appears on the store shelves sometime this winter.
