Until now lustrous Call of Duty 3 title developed by Treyarch either have been launched or still waiting for their launch day to come. Meanwhile Call of Duty 4 has been preannounced that will offer little different environment rather than call of Duty 3. The detail found on Amped Gio reports that the game will be based upon modern combat theme instead of WWII.
Call of Duty 4 is the very first title amongst all three, breaking the trend that deflects a bit from previous call of duty titles themed on WWII. The report quotes that the game title will be developed by Infinity Ward. The deal signed among three developers quips that Infinity Ward will continue with all even No. titles while Treyarch only odd ones, placing apart Call of Duty 2: Big Red One, since this one too has been developed by Treyarch.
