According to IGN, MS's CES keynote speech would feature the start of free downloadable Xbox 360 demo games on Xbox Live Marketplace with Electronic Arts' Fight Night Round 3 being the first one.

EA's Fight Night Round 3 is already available on Xbox Live Marketplace as a 486 MB downloadable demo (as well as low and high res trailers).
This will take a spotlight role at the demonstration. There are rumours that Epic Games' Gears of War and Sega's Full Auto are possible downloads as well.
Full Auto demo is already available on Future Publications' OXM and will officially be a downloadable demo game soon.
IGN further says
..as part of its announcement, Microsoft will highlight its recent achievements, the ("worldwide") launch of Xbox 360, sales numbers, and it will assuredly keep gamers aware of its 2006 roster.
