I can understand why; as I type this, the IGN review comes to my mind that said;
Use your special candy powers and the assistance of the Oompa-Loompas to restore order to Willy Wonka's sugary establishment......... Charlie will have to use a variety of candy to overcome obstacles and potential enemies.I have never seen any game stupider than this in the last 2 years. A game based on a movie though is not generally very exciting, but this one really takes the cake when it comes to bad games. Even my vote for the worst game of 2005 goes to Charlie.
