I found a Flash-based game that makes you build a city. This is a very challenging game as to score higher you have to prioritize your essentials for the city. You have to be careful in what you choose to have in the city.

This is a really simple game. But, I have to admit that if you try this out during an office break, it would make your time fly. Too much of it and your employer would see red. *heh*
