Finally, Call of Duty 4 is releasing another patch which consists of maps and a few new features. While Call of Duty is just wrapping up their release of their patch, Crysis gave us a little teaser the other day. They had put an image atop their main Crysis website. It toyed with the fact that there may be an addition to Crysis in either expansion or sequel form.
I, for one, loved the Crysis game. From its graphics to the gameplay, I believe it was one of the best games ever made. The only reason that the numbers weren’t very high was because the game was the most graphic demanding game ever. To even get the full effect of the game you had to set the settings high and even then an 8800 would have trouble with that and your fps would drop considerably. If Crytek releases another game similar to that one, I know where I’ll be at the day of the release.
Back to Call of Duty 4, with that release of the newest patch, Activision truly didn’t have to do much to improve the gameplay other than release a few new maps to keep their players happy. I have heard, though, that a lot of players aren’t content with the size of the map which is considerably small. Although they may have fixed that issue with the new maps, I don’t think we will hear the end of the complaints from the annoyed players.
