Codies, as the Brits generally recognize the company, acclaimed heavily as the world’s best Individual game developer back in 2005, has added another feather to its cap by acquiring the rights for developing the official Formula One game. Currently, Codemasters are due to release the GRID and the addition of the official F1 game makes them an adorable racing games developer. An official sanction means that the game which would surface in 2009 could use all the GP circuits, cars and driver titles without any sort of patent/creativity aver hampering their cause.
