EA has officially announced the latest version of the Def Jam series for next-gen consoles, Xbox 360 and PS3. The title is dubbed as Def Jam: Icon. Ready for release next year March from EA Chicago, the Def Jam: Icon comes with a modern way to mix the violent clashes of the earlier series and the pumping music that is the backbone of urban culture.

The graphics, animations and physics applied in the gameplay appear incredible so far. And the handsome collaboration with three hip-hop stars Ludacris, T.I., and Big Boi makes the game more happening. The SIXAXIS support will make gaming more fun.
How the rhythm-beats will team up with dire combo will soon step out of the closed door when it will ship to the store shelves in March 2007.
