Few days ago a statement let out by Dell's global gaming Chief, Abizar Vakharia, has created a great hoopla as he showed his company's desire to step in handheld gaming market. But, condemning the rumor Dell has clarified that they have no plans to launch any portable gaming device.

That can be clearly interpreted from the statement of Dell spokesperson:
I can confirm there are no plans to launch a gaming handheld at this time. But Dell is always looking at evaluating new technology.
Whether the statement be of Abizar's or Dell spokesperson's, one thing that I can undoubtedly say is company has games on its mind. And sooner or later the company will definitely launch its gaming handhelds.
