Showing a great love for Nintendo, EA has announced another title for Wii named The Sims 2: Pets. The title that's coming to couple of other platforms as well, will make its debut over Wii on June 22nd, 2007 in North America.

The fourth expansion to the PC title, The Sims 2: Pets has been announced as a completely different title for Nintendo's next-gen console.
EA has revealed some new details about its new title that confirms a firm Wii's IR support with quite an easy interface.
The game comes with a customization feature giving a liberty to create your own pets, in accordance to your liking
Your Sims Have Pets-Adopt dogs, cats, and guinea pigs for your Sims to play with
Your Sims can train their dogs and cats to learn new tricks
Create-A-Pet-Choose from more than 22 dog and 15 cat breeds including Retrievers, Beagles, Pugs, Schnoodles, Main Coons, Siamese, and more. You can even create your own by customizing their appearance with a variety of traits including body shape, color, fur, nose, and ears!
Head to the Town Park-Take your Sims and their pets for a playful romp at the Central
Town Park where they can play with their furry friends and meet other Sims and their pets. Buy fun items for your Sims' pets at local shops

The game is going to be a great fun, especially for those who love their pets, and will bring new ways to look-after their pets, as it sees its release in June.
