I’ve always enjoyed the Medal of Honor video games by Electronic Arts (EA). The action is always intense and the strategy plentiful, yet it was ridiculously difficult like some of the other army-themed first person shooters out there.
Electronic Arts Inc. has announced the availability of Medal of Honor Airborne, a new World War II mobile game emphasizing airborne invasion in the European Theater. Now it is available for download to handsets worldwide, Medal of Honor Airborne features the most daring and action-packed World War II battles as contenders engage in fearsome missions to defeat the Nazis.

The Medal of Honor Airborne comes in eight levels, where players can enter the war zone as Boyd Travers, who is a rank-and-file solider in the 82nd Airborne division. Players need to destroy the key objects and eliminate enemies in the well-known World War II battles including D-Day and Market Garden.
Soldiers can begin their mission by parachuting plains or heavily populated cities. They can use the display guide to navigate the terrain and complete their objective. If Boyd is caught in a tight spot, then Boyd is equipped with a flare tool to Call in paratroop reinforcements. Medal of HonorAirborne also protects players from enemy fire or effect of the blast.
The Medal of Honor Airborne is available in many major wireless carriers worldwide. The game is also available in stores for the Xbox 360 videogame and entertainment system and PC and in November for the PLAYSTATION3 computer entertainment system.
