1. To manage the company and grow it

2. To work with the movie industry

3. To merge with a big company

He stated that they looking forward to merge with any company, because the market is growing very fast and to be the part of that rising horizon they need a merger.

Simultaneously, the site held an interview with EA CEO William "Bing" Gordon, who commented on EA's acquisition as follows:

I think everybody is for sale. I think in general, successful intellectual properties in all media are undervalued, especially in our media. There's been a lot of acquisitions, but the thing about acquisitions is that the only time it works is if you've got an intellectual property that can succeed without the people, or if the people have a ten-year career path that they're interested in at EA.

After going through the comments of company CEOs, I am between the horns of dilemma, whether or not EA would take over Ubisoft. What I am able to comprehend is, it's all rumor stuff and we are not going to see any takeover thingy, presently (not even in near future).
