Better late than never! It is approximately eight months late but finally, rhythm game Elite Beat Agents is coming to Europe. The game is a Nintendo DS exclusive that has seen its US launch last year, in November and was waiting for its European debut.

Nintendo informed that Elite Beat Agents would be released in the region, this July. However, the Nintendo officials declined to mention the reason for the Euro launch delay.
The game is a spiritual heir to Japanese rhythm game Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan that follows the travails of a group of some cheerleaders as they motivate people and help them through tough time.

Elite Beat Agents, a development of Inis, controls the cheerleaders for black-suited agents and replaces the Japanese pop songs with more familiar tariffs, such as soundalikes of Sum 41, Avril Lavigne, Freddie Mercury and David Bowie. In the gameplay, the main character leads the role of a member of fictional government agency responsible for helping those in need, when someone faces a crisis, loses all endurance and cries out for help, then the agents arrive on the scene to help them make it. With dancing of the agents, the people they assist are instilled with motivation that helps them overcome the low time that they are going through.
