Michael de Plater, the creative director, announced in an interview that the eagerly awaited EndWar of Tom Clancy will be beta-tested later this year. He declared during Ubisoft’s Parisian that, “We really believe that as soon as anyone can get their hands on the controls and experience it, it'll be something new and it's a level of immersion and realism and accessibility that's never really been in a strategy game,” he further added that, “We're really focusing on getting our beta-test out for November.”

He also announced that World War III of Tom Clancy which has been outlined in Endwar could also be the background for coming projects. He said that, “As you can see from looking at World War II [games], World War III is something that can be big enough to be explored from loads of different directions, loads of different theatres, genres - we really see this as the beginning of that.”
End war is basically a console strategy offering voice command support along with pad controls. To suit consoles, it has been developed a lot!
