Some people are duping gaming enthusiasts with old images of the original motion-sensing controllers that were developed by Gyration for Wii in 2001 as the new motion sensing technology for Xbox that Microsoft is working on.

With the new Microsoft project underway, gamers might soon play on Xbox 360 using motion-sensing technologies similar to the games played with Wii or PlayStation3.
It is expected that the new technology that will be incorporated on Xbox will be first party add-on to the already existing controllers.
Until the new Xbox is released with its new add-on it is advisable that people do not mistake the pictures of the Gyration designed 2001 Wii motion sensors as the new design.
