To ensure that Time Crisis remains at top in the performance chart, Namco has introduced another sequel to the series dubbed Time Crisis 4. The game is a sheer light gun rail shooter number that Japanese gaming mag Famitsu reveals in its recent issue. The mag confirms the game for Sony's PS3.

The game will be featuring at least two playable modes, running in the Time Crisis tradition of offering hours of diverse and action-packed gameplay. The very first mode is 'AC mode' that you are well acquainted with, while the other one is 'Mission Mode', which sets you in the Joint Intelligence Division to take control of William Rush in the US. Rush, the least memorable videogame characters ever, will be starring the game and will be evacuating the VSSE agents out of the airport, who have undergone surprise attack made by mysterious military.
The finest part of the news broken by Famitsu is that the game is shipping along with Guncon 3, a peripheral that will fill fresh air in the veins of fading sales of the PS3. The gun finds its use while carrying out any shootout at the battlefront with an analog stick.

No release date has been revealed yet, however, we will keep you posted as it breaks out.
