PS3 owners stop flooding the inbox of Hothead Games! The first episode of Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness was supposed to move on to PS3 all along and will do so later this year. All the jealousy for PC, XBLA and Mac can finally come to an end as this RPG gets ready for a delayed debut on PSN. Here’s from Vlad Ceraldi, the CEO of Hothead Games:

We have always said we wanted to have our games on as many platforms as possible to give choice to gamers. All good things take time and we are very excited to be debuting our first PS3 title and look forward to bringing more games to this platform in the future.
Expect to pay up around 20 bucks for the version later this fall. For the uninitiated Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness is a RPG-Adventure game set in ‘comic-book-meets-pulp-horror-meets-H.P.’ Players join Gabe and Tycho, crime-solving partners to solve mysteries in New Arcadia. Based on the webcomic Penny Arcade, the game will be delivered episodically in four installments. Check out some more images of the PS3 version of the first episode.
