Once again, the rumor about new Xbox360 version has fueled my addiction. The rumor supports the existence of new Black Xbox360 named Xbox360 Elite. The source of rumor is Game Informer's latest edition which says that the Black Xbox360 with larger 120GB hard drive, HDMI output and an HDMI cable will retail for about US$479.

Moreover, the magazine informs that the limited edition of console will be available as it ships to the retailer stores. Furthermore, a white Elite version is also in pipeline that will replace the Xbox360 Premium console at $399 and will makes its debut sometime in this Summer.

Engadget has a very elaborate feature-list of new black Xbox360 that says the limited edition will be available, other console accessories will be in black as well, the new Xbox360 run cooler than a standard Xbox360, no Wii-Fi support, etc.

The new gaming console is likely to come sometimes in late summer or Fall season.

I was thinking it just an April Fool's joke but the magazine already has made it clear that it isn't an April Fool's joke.

It sounds pretty much like Zephyr; a next version of Xbox360 that Microsoft announced two or three month ago that Xbox360 with 120GB dubbed Zephyr is coming to you in near future.

I am waiting for an official announcement as Microsoft hasn't yet claimed the support to fresh rumor. For mi it is still an Aril Fools joke......!
