Senator Hillary Clinton and fellow Senators Joe Lieberman and Evan Bayh did what they promised. They have put forth federal gaming legislation - Family Entertainment Protection Act - today.

The Act is intended to strengthen and make more stringent the enforcement of game ratings that includes fining the retail outlets who are caught selling games rated M for Mature, AO for Adults Only, or RP for Ratings Pending to children under the age of 17.
Earlier this month an Illinois judge pronounced that a couple of similar laws were illegal and a violation of free speech rights.
Well, America is a land of ironies where even laws and rulings contradict with each other from place to place.
How ridiculous!
