Consequently, launch delay has caused Take Two’s shares fell down by 16%, bagging a huge annual loss to the developer.

Immediately after confirmation of launch delay, speculations regarding episodic expansions have started surfacing that says expansion-packs will also be delayed. In response, Take Two has made it clear that expansions will maintain their previous announced release dates.

The latest announcement has made it firm that first downloadable pack will be on hands at the same time when game comes out, which is a good sign for both gamers as well as the developer, because players won’t have to wait long to get a new content - hence, everyone would strive for getting new downloadable content resulting in higher dispersion rate of the game.
