GTA Civil law suit
The Supreme Court has rejected an appeal by Rockstar, the makers of Grand Theft Auto to dismiss the civil suit against them following the killing of two cops carjacker Devin Moore.
Moore admitted that his action to kill the cops holding him by snatching the gun of one of the officers that he played Vice City and remarked that 'life is like a videogame, everyone has to die sometime'.
The dismissal comes as a hope that the $600-million case would eventually see the light of the day.
If Rockstar loses it, it will go bankrupt and eventually this will also be a death knell for GTA.
