Around nineteen titles in the Guilty Gear have been launched and Guilty Gear XX: The Midnight Carnival is the sequel in the same series onto PS2 that has brought enough laurels to the platform as well as the game developer. Moreover, two sequels in the series (Guilty Gear XX: The Midnight Carnival) have been arrived and third is in the way. The third imminent sequel is Guilty Gear XX: Accent Core that is set for launch on July 30th, 2007 but the platform is Wii instead of PS2 or any other six gen platform. Before this, the game has been launched on Arcade platform.
