Some fogeys from music-world like Rolling Stones, Alice Cooper, etc are ready to pour the melody of their composition on the various platforms through the next chapter to the Guitar Hero franchise. Neversoft’s Guitar Hero III is the gamer that is receiving pre-launch update. The game publisher Activision has announced couple of new songs for Guitar Hero sequel. The publisher says that some new songs will be included in the game with confirmed wireless guitar support and online gameplay.

Here is the list of added new songs that all of you’d love to have in GH III:

• Paint It Black (by The Rolling Stones)

• Cherub Rock (by Smashing Pumpkins)

• Sabotage (by Beastie Boys)

• The Metal (by Tenacious D)

• My Name is Jonas (by Weezer)

• Knights of Cydonia (by Muse)

• Rock And Roll All Nite (as made famous by Kiss)

• School’s Out (as made famous by Alice Cooper)

• Slow Ride (as made famous by Foghat)

• Cult of Personality (by Living Colour)

• Barracuda (as made famous by Heart)

Previously, it was vague whether or not it will support wireless controls, but later the game developer give green signal to the feature. The developer is making wireless guitars available for all the platforms; ‘Gibson Guitar’s Les Paul’ model for all next-gen consoles i.e. Xbox360, PS3 and Wii, while ‘Kramer’ for PS2 with some new button design.

No release date has been announced, but still we are expecting it around this fall.
