The gaming forums are abuzz with rumours that Halo 3 is completed and is going to be released anytime. Much has been made out of the Peter Moore interview. This post says that an 'insider' claims that it's already done, and awaiting the go-ahead from Microsoft.
It says that the only reason for it not being released as that MS is waiting for the 'right time' for the launch.
Whatever the case is, I have no idea what is making the rumour doing rounds.
