If you like experiencing what it feels like being a bird, then you are surely going to love this. The iBird Flight Simulator, designed by NYU students, is a simulated game that gives you visual feedback in a 3D form and you can see how you flap your wings, and fly fast, in the virtual world, of course. The game uses a USB controller with dual retractable cords and the game can track your movements in the 3D space. It has fans that are connected and they speed up or slow down according to your performance in the game. The students who designed the game tried Wiimotes but got better results with the USB controller. The game was unveiled as a demo at the Microsoft’s Research Summit.
