Iron man

Have you ever heard the name Iron Man? I am sure you have. No, I am not talking about the Indiglo Ironman wristwatch. I am talking about the computer game Iron man developed by the SEGA games. The game is actually based on the movie Ironman.

The Ironman movie is about a billionaire industrialist Tony Stark, who was kidnapped and forced to design a devastating weapon. Using his intelligence, Tony creates a suit of Body armor and gets out of captivity. Eventually he plays superhero Ironman with the powers of his suit. The computer game uses a similar plot structure as well.

The screen shots of the upcoming Ironman game show us a similar body suit as created by Tony stark. This is probably a little too early to predict whether the game is going to be any good. Although, I think the screen shots are pretty impressive. The Ironman movie is supposed to hit the theaters on May 2, 2008. Even though no specific date has been set for the game, it is predicted that the game will be released around the same time.

The game is going to be a joint venture of Marvel as well as Sega games. Sega seems to have bought the rights off Activision. Obviously, it will fall under the category of action and adventure. For regular gamers, the suit will give them another excuse to fight bad guys.
