King Kong: Get 250,000 points to save him

Peter Jackson's King Kong game publishers Ubisoft revealed last week that the game has unlockable alternate ending where players can save Kong from his death and then airlift him back to Skull Island.

Jackson said,

I wanted the game to be able to take the audience a bit further than what the film could. The final climax of the game gave us an opportunity to do something that the film could not do, which was to have an alternate ending - obviously everybody pretty much knows how King Kong ends.

However, there is a catch here, to unlock the alternate ending, you must first finish the entire game and earn 250,000 points. Only then you will be able to play the 'Happy Ending' alternative.

For all those who fell in love with Kong, this is your chance to save him. Is there a bigger motivation to earn the 250,000 points than the power to save him and take him back home?
