Konami has announced the new installment in the Pro Evolution Soccer series, which has been slated for this Autumn release on PS3, Xbox360, PC, PS2, PSP and Nintendo DS. The game is Pro Evolution Soccer 08.
Pro Evolution Soccer 08 will include a redefined AI system, called Teamvision, which Konami say will learn and adapt according to a player’s style of play. It will let us learn new ways to attack and to counter specific movements and previous attacking/defensive flaws; ensuring the flawless effort with the tactical and sinuous approach.

Konami says that working in conjunction with the Teamvision system, every aspect of PES 08’s on-field play has been reworked and fine-tuned to create the balanced and strategic play of a high stakes match. Set-pieces have been improved, with full control given over the number of players and the position of the defensive wall. There are immense piece options that allow players to play the game with greater finesse and better hold with the help of specific talents within the team. According to series creator Shingo “Seabass” Takatsuka, “the AI will help push the series even closer to its ultimate goal.”

2006 version of the game had few flaws that Konami has fixed in PS3 online play and so we can hope a bit more upgraded gameplay in the underdevelopment title. Dribbling and close control has also been upgraded by a significant extent that allows you to endure tangential moves and skip past defenders.
These next-gen versions also provides with a full customization mode so that you can modify your team players, in accordance with your liking.
