After the revelation that Japan would be getting an unique Xbox 360 pack for the FIFA 2006 World Cup, news filtering in from sources inside Microsoft that more countries would be getting localized Xbox 360 packs in their national colours just as the Japanese would get.
However, chances are that this privilege wouldn't be extended to each and every country that gets an entry to the FIFA WC Finals for there would inevitably be countries where the Xbox 360 haven't been launched. Forget about the 360, even the original, Xbox is still waiting to be officially launched there.
Then there are other reasons. Maybe anti-American countries will take on the field.
