A 29 year old man, Arthur Demaurice Priestly murders his friend, James Edwards Jr. over a dispute of how to use a PlayStation video game console. The man was found guilty in Muscogee County Superior Court.

Edwards was shot to death at Arthur's house on March 20. Both of them were drinking heavily. The fight erupted over the issue of whether to play music on Priestly's PlayStation or not. Edwards died instantly from a single gun shot at his chest. The two men became friends while working together at a nearby shop.
