Remember the snow pirates in the ice-covered environments, fighting against 'Akrid' creatures for thermal energy that they need to survive in Capcom's action/TPS genre Lost Planet? The game looks amazingly beautiful on both the (PC & Xbox360) platforms.

Now imagine Mega Man (from Mega Man series) in the PC version of the game! Well, the man behind 'Mega Man series' i.e. Keiji Inafune is contemplating 80's protagonist 'Mega Man' for the PC version of the game. However, Capcom hasn't yet mentioned any specific date, but hinted that it will come as an auto-update, coinciding with the re-launch of map-pack 1 & 2 (free downloads) on the Xbox360 version.
Under-mentioned are few updates coming to the PC version:
Resident Evil 4-style
View mode and a new wide view
Movie mode for watching the game's cut-scenes nonstop
Multiplayer updates and a new map pack
New characters (for multiplayer mode) - Jo, Mega Man, and Frank West from Dead Rising

The way the Lost Planet series is heading is really interesting - especially, the newly added character, which is likely to be accessible before this year ends. I would love to see the old Mega Man re-envisioned on the PC platform.
