Microsoft’s IPTV solution Mediaroom might soon be offering support for Xbox 360 allowing users to view recorded show on the console itself. The service, which lets users tune into high quality HDTV service via a set-top box, is currently being provided by AT&T U-Verse in the US and by BT Vision in the UK and offers features like quick channel changing, multi-room viewing, and picture-in-picture. But according to rumors doing the rounds on the blogosphere, the service could soon allow much more exciting features boosting viewing pleasure with interactive TV like offering stats during sports broadcast and choice of camera angles to customize the viewing of games to suit the customers' preference. The new services are still in the works and will function only if your carrier provides it.
