Several fans of the series aren’t too convinced with the whole idea of Mortal Kombat vs. DCU, but put a little more gore in the game and people will flip flop. This is exactly what seems to be on the cards. Good folks at Kotaku got hold of series co-creator Ed Boon and questioned him on the elements of the game. He reported that MK 9 may strive for more blood, more violence and more gore – a recipe for an M-rating surely. So while people may still not be onboard with the whole Scorpion vs. Superman (Sonya vs. Catwoman for the ladies) idea gamers would surely get onboard with promise of more violence. It would be interesting to see, however, how the storyline incorporates so many diverse characters. Maybe a little novelty in gameplay will rekindle the dying franchise. If you still can’t stop bitchin’ about the game I suggest you shut up till the game sees consoles.

lack of time has already killed the gamer in me but nothing stops me from keeping myself updated of all the gaming news, Mortal Combat 9 is one of the most anticipated games and hopefully it’ll live upto the expectations, I so love mortal COmbat that I am reconsidering my preferences to accommodate some gaming time in my daily schedule, life’s damn boring without the gaming action, i must be back soon :D
