Gears of War touched the figure of selling 2 Million in just six weeks after its launch, sounds pretty well even today. To keep the snowball rolling, the game developer Epic announced a new map-pack update for its TSP genre that are ready for download today on Xbox Live Marketplace for 800MPs (US$10).
The map pack is entitled Hidden Fronts that comes bundled with following four maps:
• Bullet Marsh
• Garden
• Process
• Subway
Out of all four new maps, the most interesting seems to be Bullet Marsh where the power generator can be deadened, plunging the map into darkness.
If you think your monthly budge has gone unhinged and can’t’ afford to be too lavish, then you’ll have to wait until September 3rd, because after date, the charge will be removed and the pack will be available for free download.
So, hope the new pack brings you the new thrill.
