So what does the adaptor do? Well, it allows a user to connect the optional external hard drive for the Xbox 360 to a PC to download data off it like save game information etc.
The 360Sata adapter actually a single sided PCB with a SATA port and 4-pin Molex power port on the long side and an interface that plugs into the 360's HD.
