John Koller, director of hardware marketing at Sony, has revealed in an interview with MTV Multiplayer that the firm would be bringing more appealing games to the PSP, which currently offers ‘mostly ports’ of games available on other systems. Koller insists that the end of 2008 and the beginning of the next year would bring a glut of large franchise games from third parties. Although the Sony handheld console does not offer many unique games at the moment, it intends to wow its loyal fans with new additions that would surprise users because of its unexpectedness. PSP definitely needs additions to its list because the existing competition may go against Sony if they remain laid back.
