So Call of Duty lovers, it’s time for you to start partying as Call of Duty’s new version (5?) for year 2009 has been confirmed. CEO Bobby Kotick confirmed that “an all-new Call of Duty” is due for 2009 release. Supposedly, Infinity Ward will take care of CoD’s development as Treyarch is already working on CoD’s 2008 installment Call of Duty: World At War. It’s rumored that Infinity Ward is already working on a game for Activision that’s based on Science Fiction. Is it possible that 2009’s CoD’s installment will be looking into future? Well, if it is then not all CoD fans will be happy. But it’s just me, speculating, we won’t know unless there is an official announcement or a leak confirming it.

i think that if it is set in the future then people wont be happy at all because i play call of duty 4 and world at war and they were really good but we need more modern shoot em up games but not to futuristi. i mean we still need the m4’s and m249’s and that but put more features in there like more perks and way better story line and a longer one and make it coop offline and online. WE NEED SOMETHING BETTER THAN WE ALREADY HAVE GOT. its all the same thing over and over and make u can also choose ur weapon b4 a mission. i also wanted to say you have to put more weapons in and also why do you always put the british sas in the games when the aussie sas is jus as good and we have dif weapons and we are neva in games. MORE WEAPONS such as minigun, F89 steyr and more, also make a perk so you can have a silenced sniper rifle and you can have proper hand to hand combat and i know that isnt to hard for you guys and try and have a chainsaw as a bayonet in it aswell.
